A. Bank, Charming Charlie, Apricot Lane, Burt & Max’s Grille, Polaroid Fotobar, Republic of Couture (ROC), Xtend Barre, Bella Amici Pizzeria, It’Sugar, Japango, Orange Leaf, Terra Fiamma, The Grind Coffee and The Olive Tap, to name a few, will open in February and March with others scheduled to open throughout the spring and summer of 2013.

“Delray Marketplace is one of our premier properties and we’re very pleased with the design, amenities and retail variety the project offers Delray Beach and the surrounding communities,” said Tom McGowan, president and chief operating officer of Kite Realty Group. “The property brings much-needed dining, entertainment and shopping options to the area and we’re excited to officially open the center.”

Delray Marketplace will host its grand opening event on Saturday, March 23. The opening festivities will include a day-long series of “Le Cirque Delray” circus themed, family oriented entertainment featuring kid-friendly activities, strolling entertainment, tenant samplings, and live music in the new amphitheater which accommodates 200 guests.

“We’re looking forward to the official grand opening celebration in March,” said Amy Ferguson, general manager of Delray Marketplace. “The community has been very patient during construction, so we’re excited to be able to show our appreciation and celebrate the long-awaited opening of Delray Marketplace.”

Located just west of the Florida Turnpike with easy access off of West Atlantic Ave and Lyons Road , Delray Marketplace is well-positioned to draw from the local Delray market, plus residents and visitors in the Boynton Beach and Boca Raton areas and all of southwest Palm Beach County. Nestled between high-end gated communities, country/golf clubs and resorts, and quality new home construction, Delray Marketplace promises to be Delray Beach’s newest hot spot.
