Area Teachers to Study art After Winning Scholarships

 Two Palm Beach County school teachers were awarded scholarships recently to further their studies, the Delray Beach Tribune has learned.

Acquille Dunkley from Royal Palm Beach Community High School and Taylor Goldenberg from Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. School of the Arts are the two recipients of the 2012-2013 Palm Beach County Art Teachers Association Annual DBT Taylor-Goldenberg DBT Acquille-DunkleyScholarship. Each of them has been awarded $1,000.00 towards their college education. 

Dunkley will attend Digital Media Arts College in Boca Raton and Goldenberg will attend Rhode Island School of Design. 

“PBCATA wishes to offer our congratulations to these students and their art teachers Scott Armetta and Cindy Oakes,” Kim Pilla, PBCATA President, said.
