DELRAY BEACH, Fl – He is the winningest coach in football with 347 career wins including the National Football League’s only perfect season.
Now the former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula and his family have since entered the game of the fast-and-casual gourmet burger industry, where the battle for market share is as fierce as the NFL playoffs.
The restaurant joins 34 other Shula restaurants scattered across the United States from Times Square to Arizona.
Guests will get to select from the menu featuring options like “The Don,” a burger and hot dog combination dreamed up by Shula himself.
As part of its promotion, Shula’s Burgers also give away free burgers for one year to 50 lucky winners. Shula Burger will also be donating 5 percent of proceeds to The Achievement Center for Children and Families. The charity provides affordable, quality care for children whose parents wouldn’t be able to keep their job or go to school without this service.
